Q: I am allergic to nuts. Can you leave these out if I request it?
A: Of course! Nuts can easily be omitted from many recipes, if requested, but please take note that I use nuts, coconut, and other ingredients such as eggs, dairy, peanut butter, and wheat flour in the kitchen on a regular basis, and I do not recommended my cakes for those of you with severe food allergies. Please let me know if you'd like recommendations for other bakers in the area who specialize in vegan, gluten-free, and nut-free baked goods.
Q: My favorite cake flavor isn't listed - can you make it for me anyway?
A: Maybe! It never hurts to ask. Send me your special requests and I'll let you know if it's possible. Please note that there may be an extra fee for off-menu items, additional fillings, layers, and elaborate designs.
Q: Do you use fondant in any of your cake decorations?
A: My personal preference is to not use fondant, but contact me if you would like some suggestions for other local bakers who may be able to accommodate your request.
Q: Do you offer curbside pick-up?
A: At this time, I am only offering delivery service (free in Chapel Hill & Carrboro!) Pick-up may be an option in the future; stay tuned for updates.
Q: How should I store my cupcakes?
A: I recommend keeping your cupcakes or cake refrigerated, in its original container or box, but allowing them/it to come to room temperature before serving. Leftover cake will also freeze beautifully if wrapped well.

A: I would love to work with you to create something special for your big day! Please contact me for more information.
Q: Who owns Love + Sprinkles? Where are you located?
A: Love + Sprinkles is owned and operated by Kelly Finn, formerly of Cakewalk and Acme in Carrboro, NC. After a ten-year hiatus, two kids, and three cross-country moves, Kelly is baking again in Chapel Hill. Kelly and her family look forward to delivering sweet treats for special days to friends and neighbors in the Triangle area.
